Our vespas take you to a village to experience daily life of farmers.
A market walk is great wandering to experience without rush. Some fall in love immediately with market buzz, some take time to enjoy an amazing variety of farm produce, foods and merchandises: vegetable, fruits, clothing, farm tools, chickens, ducks, pigs.
Biking to local commune where village offers vegetable supply to Hanoi, local women start to work at 03 am and farmers make farm produce, work 12 hours a day with their bare hands. This interesting bamboo technique is one of a kind.
Farm
works are weeding, healthy soil, water and grain, basic principles of old
fashion cultivation. Natural farming is the earth cultivates itself naturally
by penetration means of plant roots and activity of microorganisms and
earthworms.
Home meal is to experience sauces and condiments, roast-in-house coffee bean for coffee dripper.
